Default China Wall Sat Dec 16

China Wall is open until Dec 31, considering going there on Saturday Dec 16. Might be some snow, weather (so far) looks like about 40 and mostly sunny. Any interest?

I'd be up for it. Haven't been to China Wall before, is there room at the trailhead to leave a tow rig and trailer?

I'm still hoping to do this, I just have one caveat- a friend is trying to get time off work so we can go to Moab and / or Grand Junction and won't know until next week so I may do that instead.

the whole area off tarryall is great for trailers, the Badger Flats OHV area is right there and has a ton of big campsites and parking areas for trailers. I've actually never run China Wall either, looks pretty easy and fun. This forum used to have anniversary runs there in thewinter before it was closed seasonally and lots of stock vehicles did it without issue from what I saw in the trip reports. That whole area is so beautiful that the drive on Tarryall road alone is worth the trip.

Weather looks great so far https://weather.com/weather/tenday/l...+USCO0228:1:US

Lets do this I can do Friday or Saturday, weather looks great both days. I'd guess a later meetup time would work best, maybe 10 or 11?
