I can do the 7th but not 14th - though choose whichever you think will have the best turnout.

Well, I see no reason why we shouldn't plan for next Saturday the 7th. I was emailing back and forth with our FS contact today and he didn't raise any issues with that date. I'll post it on the calendar now.
