Anyone who has not run Kelly Flats, this will be an easier intro to the trail. Heart Attack Hill is optional. Either way, we'll be heading down the difficult spot (HAH or the bypass) and one would not need to run UP either of those unless they wished to.

Who else is interested?!

I temp wired in the mounted GMRS radio. Testing transmit with the handheld - nothing coming to the handheld with the preferred channel and privacy code:
FRS/GMRS: Channel 6, Code 14 (107.2Hz), alternative Channel 2, no privacy code

The privacy code appears to be a problem (well, I have not programmed the mounted radio properly - though it seems like the proper settings are being set). Setting the mounted radio to 2 / no works - so if you wish - plan for the alternative channel of 2 / no privacy.
