Greetings from a new member

Hello all. I was directed to this group from Overland Bound where I signed
up for The Maze trip in June. Nice to expand the community of off-roaders.
I hope to be able to meet others on wheeling trips.

I enjoy getting back into the wild for the scenery, landscape photography,
hiking and the peace and quiet.

I have a modified 2014 Land Rover LR4. I have attached some photos in
Moab from a 3-day course with 7P.

7P is an organization that provides offroad driving and recovery training. It is mostly made up
of ex Land Rover Camel Trophy team members. They used to do the practical training courses
at Overland Expo shows. They also do a lot of offroad training for National Park Service, Forest
Service and Military special forces.

When I took the course, it was one-on-one with the instructor. The first thing he did was have me
drive up wipeout hill, one of the photos, while he guided me up. Each day we would practice a
recovery with the winch.
