Anyone ever done this? I'm taking my seats out to bedliner the floor this spring and while they're out I may do this and whatever else I can to the seats and frames.

I’m watching. I had to rebuild the driver seat in The Exploder
went throw and rewilded the frame but the cushions where still good.
now after some years the outside cushion is brazen down, soooo . It’s about time...
