I had to bail on the Gulches because we are getting a lot of snow and it would take me twice as long to get there. So, anyone in the Longmont/Loveland/Boulder/Ned area that wants to go play in the snow let me know 😘

I can go later this morning 11:00-30 after I do my snow chores. If Nedernet doesn't go down you can text me at 303.669.0654
I had NederNet for years when we lived near Ned. They couldn’t reach our place here so we have had HughesNet for the past 5 years. Expensive and too slow to work from home but works! Sometimes I have to brush the snow off the satellite dish but that’s ok. I don’t have cell service however so let’s try to connect on here later this morning! We probably live 5 minutes apart so should be pretty easy to meet up! I will need to snow blow the driveway to get out so I have some snow chores also 🤣

I just finished my snow chores and I have a couple more things to do so I could be ready by 11:30ish. What's the Dry St Vrain Tr., is it the Bright in Pine Valley?

Another Ned member here, I have a neighbor with Starlink, he likes it when it works, but doesn't rely on it as he works from home and it has frequent outages. I got on the list a week after him but it looks like I am a year out on getting a starlink unit, so don't hold your breath for them anytime soon.
T-Mobile has a plan that works well here for $50/month unlimited, but it also goes offline quite frequently, multiple times a week for short periods that like my neighbor, I also have a backup plan. His is AT&T for backup, mine is Qwest, but for us part of working remotely and living in Ned is having redundant internet connections.
