Was just thinking that is where Trent and his family live. Hoping all is well with them.

We're ok. I think the flames have stalled just a couple miles west of our house. Had to leave mid afternoon due to smoke. We were feeling unwell inside the house after breathing it in for several hours.

This is so sad, Brookfield is evacuating now. We got my son a hotel in Westminster. Over 600 homes destroyed so far….This is just nuts!

Had a text from Trent. They are spending the night in Longmont.

I checked in on Ty as well, he is out of town so safe, but his house is down in that area as well, looks like he might be just outside of the danger zone though.

Trent is home and all is good with him, family and house.

My son Sawyer was allowed to go back home at midnight. What a scary and devastating situation for so many people. Just goes to show, you never know what might happen!

There's a hill just a block from my house with a view overlooking Louisville and Superior. It is quite sobering to see the remaining fire burning and smoldering remains from last night.
