I just ordered it, $115 delivered is a great price! My two other compressors are getting old, and I use them pretty often and it takes at least 5 minutes per tire so this will hopefully save me some ‘airing up’ time in 2022!

    thanks for the tip!

Someone on the g-wagen forums tried it as well and was very impressed, especially for the price.

I'm hopefully getting one for Christmas. I got a hose and air chalk as two of my other gifts, so I just need the compressor to have my OBA.

There is a video where they air up a 38" tire from 0 psi to 25 psi in about a minute, should save you some time.

Received it quickly and used it for the first time yesterday. Aired each of my 35x12.5/17’s from 15 to 35. Took 2 minutes per tire, minus screwing and unscrewing the air hose. Definitely faster than my previous pumps, I’m a happy customer for sure. The product is heavy duty and the air hose is much longer than my previous hoses also, another plus on this unit!

Yep - that's a lot. I'd like to know how close to that is the running amps. I went to do a bit of searching...

This vid, which talks about the ARB dual, says "Max amp draw was 68 amps". This sounds like an in-use / just measured number.

    https://youtu.be/oceVHPxtWyE?t=1475

Next up in that video... what I take as a generic dual-piston (which I'd put the Napa product into that generic group) he said it "drew 89 amps".

So, perhaps the "Max" rating is close to the "working" rating.

    https://youtu.be/oceVHPxtWyE?t=1641

    Another generic was 83 amps

I just got my Napa compressor in... Plugged it into my Lithium 12v battery (the BMS shows amperage) and it draws 58 amps discharging thru the 2' open hose! I thought 90A was nuts but I believe it might just draw 90 under load...

I connected the supplied hose with pressure gauge and the amps shot up to 80 and shut off (my BMS is limited to 80 amps.) The load is the screw on chuck restriction and the added hose length.
Probably draws well over 100amps under load.

My lithium battery probably holds voltage better than a lead acid car battery, so I imaging the amps on a lead acid would be less. I don't have a good way of measuring high amps though.

It is pushing some serious air at zero pressure though!

Sorry to be the dumb guy in the classroom, but what does this all mean in the real world? I understand 90 amps is high but what consequences am I flirting with? Is it BAD for my Jeep that it pulls 90 or more amps? I definitely don't want to fry my electronics in my brand new Jeep. I use the alligator clips on my battery in the Jeep with the engine running while airing back up...... am I doing something that could damage my Jeep?

It won't damage anything. 90A is high but a modern vehicle can keep up with that pretty well. It might be a bit much for an older vehicle with a less capable alternator. But as long as you're clipped to the main battery you should be good.

Correct - nothing to see here. Keep the engine running is my recommendation.

If there was any significant concern, we would give more attention to winch amp draw (200 to 400+ amp range - though typically for a shorter duration than 12 minutes).

I think those are all the same unit. They started coming out about 6 months ago as I recall, all similar price and specs.

No I'm not talking about their compressor I'm talking about their hose system, it will work with any compressor including the Napa one to fill all 4 tires are once conveniently
