I think everyone had a great time with this one. All of our rigs got some challenge and especially with Gerald's and Shane's that is hard to pull off.
Gerald was the only one to make it up "the wall", which luckily had an optional route around it. There was a lot of maneuvering after the obstacle itself as there was a giant boulder smack in the middle of his only exit route at the top. Shane eventually spotted him through.
Shane's own attempt at the wall was spoiled by his over-eager anti-roll bar doing the opposite of its etymology. The restricted front articulation was keeping a 38" tire hanging off of the droops in the obstacle and made the tipping probability too high.
I didn't even make it to the dang obstacle, not even joking. There might have been some more lines for me to try just to get to the base of it but with some cooler rigs waiting I took it as a sign to save it for next time.
Steve-O also opted out and we all watched the LS-swapped YJ and TJ tackle it with ease.
The rest of the trail was narrow in some sections with a big drop off and some off camber minor obstacles highlighted by some more difficult switchback turns sprinkled throughout. I was scraping and sliding along. On one of the difficult switchback turns I didn't realize I was stepping off a large boulder and slammed my rear bumper on it with a pretty loud crack. Time for a steel rear bumper!
I'll post photos and videos soon
