Can always add 'cutting brakes' to do it....well it won't cause the inside wheels to spin in reverse like a tank could, but will bring them to a complete stop...Saw them work nicely on a built cj3b on the rubicon a few years ago that ran with us. He only had them on the rear...would disengage the rear locker, and sometimes even disengage the front drive so he could pivot around the rear wheel. I didn't think about it beforehand, but its when its absolutely mandatory to have selectable lockers (or no lockers, just open diff) as the cutting brakes won't work with lockers engaged - there has to be differential movement between the axle shafts....I think his were air controlled using the ARB pump used for the lockers....
