    Default Adopt-a-Trail Clean-up Run (7/24)

    Adopt a Trail Clean-up Run
    Barbour Fork and Devils Canyon
    Date: Sat 7/24
Meet: Idaho Springs, USFS Ranger Station, I-70 exit hwy 103 (Mt Evans)
    Time: 9am

    Calendar sign-up here:
    https://www.frontrange4x4.com/forums...=2021-7-24&c=1

We will meet at 9am at the Idaho Springs ranger station for the standard safety meeting and waiver signatures etc. As usual, gloves and closed toe shoes are required as well as the USFS recommends long pants and sleeves (but not normally required). We may have some additional work beyond trash pick-up to do on DC with installing carsonite signs. Please bring your own food and water (and extra water is always good for un-attended fires).

2nd that...after sitting in city stop and go traffic for an hour through Denver on the way home today, I am ready to jump in a cold pool...mid 90s air temp, but the heat of blacktop and interstate traffic stuffed with cars felt like 110.

Looks like the YJ is staying home (it's currently topless and I'm lazy)
