    Default Red Cone

This was opened yesterday 6/26 by the Mile Hi Jeep club according to Bushducks. I would love to get up there again sometime this summer. Any interest? No rush on when, just before the end of Sept.

    Always interested in Red Cone...
fwiw - I ran it last year with Jim and another cj friend and we started on the north side near Montezuma and went south over webster and then returned via Red Cone...I really liked doing it that way instead of meeting on the south end near Grants....

Does Sat. July 10 or 17 work for people? I have only run it once. Would love someone to volunteer to lead…

Red cone. Only one way up it, from 285 near kenosha pass.

If people want to run other trails as well, just suggest them here.
Are you wanting to run Radical ofter Red Cone?

James mentioned coming in from Montezuma...

That is what caught me off guard a bit - meeting spots before knowing the trail set - that's all - no big deal - just caught me off guard. You're stirring the waters on this one so it's greatly your call. I'll most likely be there no matter what (I don't know my schedule as yet).

Missed what James had said about Webster. I am not a big fan of Webster. Also report said still a huge snow drift at the top of Webster, but we can wait until later in the season I suppose.

Whatever works for the run organizer...if I am in town, then I am in...If any in the group want to split after red cone and head to Radical Hill or somewhere on the Saints John side, I'd be up for exploring a bit....Red Cone is pretty short run. Of course, if I head to the rubicon, it will be the week the between the 7/10-7/17, and would probably not be available for either day. But don't make any plans around me...Jen and I have a few things we are working on in terms of plans, and those will take priority and everything else will fill in on shorter notice (except maybe a Blanca Pk run)....
