"Welcome!
Pick that jeep up early and get to the Pickle Gulch trailhead at 9:30 to join the ride!"
Thanks for the invite but This is one of the few calm weekends I have. I'm been going non stop for a few weeks and have a lot going on in the next few weekends. Indy 500, Hockey charity tournament, camping, memorial service, family coming in.. This is the busiest calendar I've had for quite some time. I do appreciate the invite and once I get some seat time in this thing I'll be looking to join you guys on a weak sauce noob trail. I want to got offroad but I don't want my first or 2nd time out to end in body damage. Give it some time before I get pin stripes. =) Also I need to get a lift on the jeep. Right now it has 33's on it and with those and no lift there would be a lot of rubbing. I'm trying to figure out the best 3" lift that would keep it comfy on the street but allow me to wheel and articulate.
Also me getting my wife to wake up earlier enough to make that happen would be cruel.
"Good to meet ya!
Welcome to the group and happy trails!"
Thanks for messaging me on the other site to let me know about this site! Glad to find something more local!

"Welcome to the club. A nice thing about fr4x4 is we don't really care what you drive so if you get the itch to buy another Bronco some day you don't have to find a new club to wheel with."
That's what our old fullsizebronco.com group was like.. People changes rigs and we didn't care. It was only a select few the jeepers and FSB guys were a little "we're better than you" I would love another FSB but it would have to be a 78/79 and people right now are psychotic on how much they want for them. Not only are they stupid expensive they are piles.. I'm sure I'll be happy with the Jeep. It's a lego car where there's so many aftermarket things available. Makes it easy to mod it.
