Default Good Machine Shop on the front range

I'm going to start the process of rebuilding a 4.0 for my XJ with the intention of having it ready to go before the rod knock in the current engine turns into a hole in the side of the block. A swap over a long weekend should be doable.

I can do most of the work myself but I do need a good machine shop to do the precision work in the block and to rebuild the head.

The only shop I've worked with in the past is one I'm not going to use again. Does anyone else have any recommendations for a good (at least decent) shop?

Gunn Automotive just recently did a block for my brother. Would highly recommend them.

I worked with Spitfire engine for the cj5 engine rebuild....I think they did a good job, but its kind of all or nothing with them and thus the price ends up a bit on the high side. For the sbc in the Willys, I discussed the build and plan to go with Colorado Custom Cylinder Heads - although the name specifies the heads, they do full work on the block as well.

X2 on spitfire, they built a 258 into a stroker for my old YJ, nice work. Not cheap, and they insisted on doing the install and would not warranty it if I did not bring it back to them for an inspection/ oil change the next week. It ran perfectly the entire time I owned it.
