    Default Snowy Red Cone

Hit Red Cone today with some local guys. Had 12 in the group with various skill levels and abilities. Got to the top with the plan to hit Radical Hill as a follow up, but the snow had other plans. A couple guys took the Red Cone decent only to literally slide almost the whole way down! We decided with the conditions, and the group today, it was better to just go back the way we came. Just had a few pics today.

    Starting to head up.

    What was waiting on us.

    Clear and cold up top.

    Obligatory poser shot.

Glad to see you are able to get out this season. I recall last year you were not able to wheel like you wanted to.

Thanks! Actually it's been this year that's been slim pickings, but yeah it was great to get out. I'm gonna try to hit the clean up next weekend and hit Moab the end of the month since things are going about as well as I can expect.

Looks like you got some new MTs on the LJ - Milestar Patagonia? Maybe you posted that a bit ago - can't remember.

Yeah got the Patagonia's. The BFGs were approaching their expiration date where most tire shops wouldn't have mounted them, so I decided to sell them while I could and give these a shot. Reasonably priced and available at Discount tire. So far so good!
