I like that it can be operated battery only with a reasonable 'around town' or 'trail' distance.
Interesting, I've been looking for a mobile fast charge solution for giving EVs a quickcharge at the roadside rather than towing the dead EV to the nearest charging station when it runs out of juice. Similar to delivering 5 gallons of gas from jerry can. The mobile EV quick chargers currently being beta tested take too long and are not reliable. EV to EV mobile charging seems to be the best option at this time, but this Hybrid Jeep could be the answer. Drive in IC only to the disabled EV and use the Jeep battery pack to quickly recharge the EV and get it going again. Cool stuff...
It seems promising....I like the EV only for around town - but as always 25 mile range is a bit limited. Its 20 miles to visit my family on the other side of town here in Denver, and since I moved to Denver 10+ years ago, I've never had a commute that was less than 20 miles one-way. Having the gas hybrid is a must....

`wonder what it offers for winch power. Does it have a conventional starting battery?
