Old Flowers Road Weds 7/8

Jim and I met at Masonville at 9am. Went up Buckhorn Canyon and started the day with Moody Hill, then back down to 44h to head for the pass. Just before the summit this is a FS road 135 that on the mvum connects to Old Flowers Road. It crosses some private land and has a locked gate about halfway to Old Flowers. We had a great time exploring and learning about the gate. Back to 44H and over the pass and to O.F. trailhead. Took most of the spurs on our way to the eastern end. Temp was warm with a nice breeze. Nothing like the temp hear when I got home.

`twas a great day out. Top off, windshield down. Temps were 'not hot' 90% of the day due to the nice breeze.

A lot of new growth in the burn areas - small pines and aspens. Trail's didn't seem to have too much use on'm.
