Pole Hill Rpt

I ran Johnny Park, a bit os So Pierson then met up with Matt at Pole Hill. Matt actually tracked me with the APRS link and texted me about the exact moment I hit Estes cell service. We then finalized our meet up plan.

The day was great, I particularly liked the beginning of Johnny as the 1st gulch was full of columbines in bloom and pole hill was a blast with amazing weather. Matt and I split up at the end of pole hill. He to run johnny, and me for home.

I will post a pic of the columbine when I get it off my phone.

I tracked you on APRS since you posted the link. I learned about a new place to kayak (by your house?). Thanks for posting that.

Oh I should have mentioned the clicking popping sound heard on pickle is gone. Definitely the cv joint.

Oh I noticed on my aprs log that one direct communication of my signal was picked up by a digipeater 248.1 km away in Westcliff.
