I think I noticed the jeep group. Was there a set of motorcycles in the lot with you (close to the road)?

If it was right at 2p - that was me. We went - good trek. First tracks through the snow up the hill on the other side of the creek. A MX 3-bike trailer off the trail next to a fully burned 4WD quad - trail trash to remove. `surprised no pix yet. I'll get some rolling this morning.

I passed a group of built Jeeps with Northridge 4x4 stickers waiting to turn left into the BBQ place when I was pulling into Lyons. I guess that was you!

Yes! That was us! I hiked (left the Jeep home; wasn't sure if there'd be snow up there and I vehemently don't do snow any longer, ha) so it was my husband's orange LJ, two JLUs (mohito and yella), and a commando green JKU. They made it to the meadow past the stream on the spur, but didn't go up any further. Came out and went up to Miller Rock and came back down, since the camp isn't letting people through right now. What absolutely gorgeous weather up there! When we were eating in the parking lot (with the view of the beautiful Harleys) it was almost HOT. Glad you guys got out, too!

Default [LAST MINUTE] Sunday May 3 - Miller Rock...

    A good day out!

Tom, Trent, Ty and I met near Raymond to get ready. There were some assorted groups - jeeps and hikers - on the trail but nothing of any heavy use blockage.

Some sun, some clouds and a few odd raindrops.

Curiously there was more snow than I thought there would be - but none of the snow stopped our travel.

Great shot of the LJ flexed out on the obstacle. I'm always in the Jeep when it does that, so I haven't ever seen what my Jeep looks like with that much extension on a side.

Here are my photos from the trip:

Also I have a video up that might be boring since you don't actually see the trail, but I wanted to see the action of the suspension:

Let me know if there are issues with links, if you want me to take some photos out of the album, or if you want them linked differently.

It was an awesome trail run, my personal favorite so far.
