Bighorns with Dash Cam

On the way to ski last week. They were licking the road (you can see the wet spots), presumably because the leftover deicer tastes salty.

I have seen them in St Vrain canyon also. Several years ogo now.

I commute thru St Vrain canyon and see this every now and then...... I’ve seen them licking the street in the summer also so not sure why
