Looking for welder - Boulder area

I am looking for someone with welding capabilities to take on two small projects for me.

P1: I need to modify the tire mounting plate on my AEV rear bumper tire carrier so that the spare tire sits lower by about 2 inches. I also need the tire to sit out by a couple of inches (maybe use a spacer) so that the lowered tire clears the edge of the bumper.

P2: I also need to mount a small winch (Superwinch 1000) to the top of the spare tire carrier lower and lift up the spare tire.
