Switzerland/Pennsylvania Sat 6-3-17

I'm heading out to do the Switzerland Trail, then a hike up Sugarloaf MTN, and finishing with Pennsylvania Gulch Saturday morning. Anyone like to join in? This will be my first real off-road adventure, so will be taking it nice and easy. I'm thinking of meeting up at the Sinclair (Kwik Mart) in Nederland early Sat morning for those that would like to go.

Switzerland trail is a cake walk but a very nice trail with some fun spurs (Cliffhanger 2.0).

Pensylvania Gulch is MUCH harder in my opinion... you will be fine in a Jeep Wrangler but my Ram was scraping trees and it's pretty rocky and steep. Do it when it's light out - I did it in the pitch dark and it scared the crap out of me & we ended up backing down ;-/

Erik - would you be interested in a run on Slaughterhouse - its a bit farther from you than Nedeland (its near Bailey, CO). A few of us have been chatting about running that this weekend. I might also be willing to join you on Switzerland. I think if we can get two of us committed, we can post it up and might get a few more before sat morning.
