Hiatus

Hello all. Sorry I've been missing all season. I have been fighting in court for custody of my Grandson from his father. I haven't been able to much of anything except work, eat, sleep, and work on the case. I haven't even put the new transmission in the Bronco yet. It is still sitting in the garage covered up on the pallet. I'm hoping to put it in this Sunday, but like always things may change. We are now waiting to the Judge to make the finial decision. I can't go into details of why I'm fighting to custody, but rest assured it is for a damn good reason. I haven't had much sleep the past few months and I've started to get a bit punchy (so to speak). Hope to see you all again real soon. I miss you guys.

Update: We lost the custody battle for my youngest grandson. The courts decided to send him to live with his father who happens to get a sex offender of a 13 year old girl. I don't understand how he got custody, but I'm going to accept it. I don't have anymore fight in me. I've been doing this for over 2 years and I'm tired.

I am sorry to hear that.

Yet the courts are following the law of the land.
His rights are to have his child.
I am going through a battle for my son.

Common and natural law will always side for the parent.
Untell clear and demonstrated risk to the well being of the child is shown the father will always have the rights to his human offspring.
By law the child is his property Untell be is 18.

I am sorry that you have been through the he'll that is our family courts.

That sucks Jerry, best interest of the child seems not to be the case in Colorado. Been there and understand your exhaustion and disappointment. You can take some degree of comfort knowing you tried.

That does suck. It's just one day in court in the kid's young life, but in his heart and mind he will know exactly who and what his father is and how and why he got into this mess. All the talk in the world can't unring a bell. On the plus side he'll also know who and what his grandfather is and how he fought for him.

So in family court you NEVER NEVER EVER want to use the words
" In the best interest of the child"
This then opens the procedings to the Judas opinion
You don't want that EVER!
Our family courts are completely a business now.
Judges get payed 20% of every dollar payed into " child support"
Title 4D demands the courts to create more non custodial parents.
Huge violation of constitutional rights.....the Bill Clinton

Any time you are in court family or not you want to see or off of jurisdiction
And you are NOT a person ( person= corporation by definition)

You are a Sovern free man/woman with the same rights as a king or queen in this republic.


Again I am sorry to hear the grandson is going to be with his tard father.

Just keep your self apart of his life.
Demand visitation rights as well.
