Default Better Late then never Barbour Fork July 31

Went up to Barbour Fork July 31. Over all it was a good trip, didn't run into a lot of people surprisingly but that could be due to the camping restriction in the area.

It's a fun trail. It's close, easy to get to, enough of a challenge to keep interesting but nothing to hard. The group actually adopted this trail and devil's canyon and do two clean up runs a year. The fall one is coming up you should sign up for it. Have fun on the trail and keep it clean.

Great pix especially the airborne Toyota, Dante. Barbour was my introduction to trail running a few weeks ago at the FR4x4 cleanup. Your shots making me want to get back up there and try it again. You've a good looking Comanche.

Will do! Just ran the Devil's canyon clean up with the group. Was going to go to Barbour but saw a trail I haven't run in a while up there.

Thanks. It's not really pretty but it keeps trucking even with all the abuse.

WELL...................The reason I haven't yet posted up the write up for Barbour Fork yet is.............well I wrapped myself up in the clean-up so much that I didn't get all the pics and video I need to finish it. So I need to run it again. I'd be happy to go with you guys if we can set something up.

And I need to go back and finish that one now!! I didn't even try that obstacle, we went back down and cut over to Ute Creek, then came down South Spring Gulch, got some Mcnuggets in Idaho Springs, then took Mosquito Creek up to Kingston and back. (yea it was a late night.) We had the same thought on Barbour but the weather was just going to make it really hard to get the photos I need, so we came up with a plan to turn onto that other trail in an attempt to lure you in and give it a shot with us. Apparently our evil plan worked, LOL. JK, glad you joined us though.

Glad you got out there Dante, it is a fun trail. Makes for a good night run trail too since there's not a lot of scenery. I wanted to join you on the 31st but we had other stuff going on.

Chicken, LOL. Kidding. We'd love to see that one in action too.
