Just got the word that Kelly Flats will be opened later today.

Happy to announce that a port-o-potty has been placed at the Kelly Flats trail head. This was possible by working with the Forest Service to allow placement and funding made possible this year by the Kapperman Memorial Fund.

Please help us maintain this and report any vandalism. We are hoping to keep this available for the OHV Community for years to come.

The Kappermans are a family that has been involved with the Mountaineers club since its inception, 50 years. They have recently had some loss in their family and asked people to donate to the club in lue of flowers. They specifically asked that the donated money be used at Kelly Flats.
