My lawn should have been mowed last weekend. 14" of snow is my guess.

last i checked they are calling for 3-5" here in foco tomorrow. but as warm as its been it should melt off of the roads fairly quickly. looks like the high mountains are getting hammered already. i-70 closed at floyd hill due to accidents. 285 closed at kenosha pass due to multiple accidents and adverse conditions.
Foothills northwest of FoCo this evening.
Wx here was spitting rain / drizzly from about 1p through 5p when the clouds parted (with some blue sky). The foothills had been void of visible white - until today.
Finally!!! Some white stuff.

Dont have squat in Thornton still. Just barely starting to collect.
Been snowing off and on here since midnight. Howling wind too.
We probably have between 6-8 inches. Nothing on the roads yet, just plenty on the grass. Tomorrow will likely be a great snowman day.
BIG, FAT, JUICY, WET, SNOWFLAKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't sleep tonight - went out for a drive at 2am - about 3 inches of sloppy wet snow on the roads.
What's with tonight? I cant sleep either.
We maybe have a little less than that, ran out for some milk around midnight, just slush. Still too much traction, wasn't fun at all.
Yeah, sleep just isn't happening tonight.
