    Default Stubborn spark plugs

    Hey everyone,
I'm trying to install new plugs and wires in the Bronco, but I can't get the old plugs out. Can't even get them to budge. Any ideas how to get them out without striping them out?

Soak them with pb blaster.......l3t sit over night.

X2 with dieseldoc. PB blaster is the key to open that door, and anti-seize isn't an option, it's a requirement. In my book anyway.......

Ok. Thanks guys. I always use anti-seize when doing plugs, but I was not the one that installed these things ones. Thanks again.

Also, make sure you use a proper spark plug wrench. Nothing sucks work than breaking one off... I've seen a few of those Ford blocks, and those plugs are in there at a weird angle. Only other thing I can think to add is that the plug will break before the block, so use a long bar.

50/50 Dexron or Mercon ATF and acetone. Better than any penetrant out there. Shake well before applying.

PB blaster worked. One installed with anti-seize. Thanks everyone for the help. Will continue the adventure tomorrow.
