Clear Creek Ranger District open trials

Have a web page monitor on all three ranger district road status pages. This on in Clear Creek Ranger District flipped to open today,

- Loch Lomond (Lower; NFSR 701.2)

Not open to the lake. All other roads on their district page still listed as closed (Barbour Fork, Devil's Canyon, and Kingston Peak).
