Caribou Creek / Eldorado Mountain - August 24, 2014
Meet at New Moon Bakery/Cafe in Downtown Nederland ( 1 W 1st St, Nederland, CO 80466 ) @ 9:00AM trail by 9:30AM

My thinking is meet in downtown Nederland. The Boulder folks can come up Canyon everyone else can come up 119 or 72. Start the Caribou trail from the CU Mountain Research end. Caribou trail finishes at Caribou ghost town. Good place for lunch, folks that want to call it a half day can go home, anyone wanting a full day can continue on Eldorado. Just did both of these trails last week. They were dry where it counted but definitely a few puddles in the whoopdeedooes and a pretty decent mud hole to play in. Handn't done this trail in over 10 years and forgot how much I love it! If you've never done there's a nice mix of creek crossings, narrow spots, scenic meadow views....
