Need help installing a long arm lift and SYE in exchange for $$

Looking to install a Rough Country Long Arm Upgrade kit as well as an SYE on my 99 XJ. I don't want to pay shop rates and I also want to learn more about how to install it by helping someone that has done this a time or two. So I am reaching out to the Jeep community to see if someone wants to make some extra cash wrenching on an XJ for a weekend.

There is a 231j tcase on craigs that has tje SYE allready that might be an option so you can just switch them instead of rebuilding one.

Another thing to consider is drive shafts and who is going to build them for you.
Bills Englewood drive shaft is owned by a FR4x4 member. His work is great and hes a cool guy !

As far as the drive shaft, Rough Country sells the one I would need along with the SYE kit. Is there another option? I have read that I need a CV type shaft for the back to go with the SYE.

Since he said upgrade instead of lift I assume it is the first one. Bill sells SYE also and you can't beat the quality. Have heard of rigs dropping on their drive shaft and not even dinging it.

SYE is not a big deal, just make sure you have some big snap ring pliers and all the parts make it back in the case. Also, taking the nut off of the front output can be a bit of a pain, an impact driver is a big help there.

I purchased the Jeep a couple weeks ago and i believe it has this lift.. no add a leaf.. full leaf.

Plus I got to get the 4.5 inch front and rear springs to get the additional lift needed for the upgrade.

Also need the SYE Kit and drive shaft installed along with the lift upgrade.
