Where am I suppose to go to get my spare retread mounted because discount tire in Lafayette told me they wouldn't mount it for me. The guy then went on to tell me I got jibbed on the tire.

Your hole in the wall shops are you best bet. Most Big Tire Stores wont mount them for liability issues.
I agree - a small local shop is my recommendation.
Alpine Tire in Fort Collins is my go-to place, though a tad of a drive for you.
Try Louisville Tire over on Courtesy Road south of S Boulder Rd.
Longmont Tire Service just north of the RR tracks on 287, East side of the street. They did mine. They sell used tires and I swapped my old ones for the mount and balance. No cash.

Peerless Tire in South Longmont on 287. Nice folks.
I would love to know how but yeah balancing is the only thing that I find to be a problem.
If you want to stop up, we can mount it. Alpine Tire charges $10 for balance. (edit - heck, they'd probably charge $10 to mount and balance - but I can't speak for them)
I've run TreadWrights for a number of years now. I always take mine to Wal-Mart. The technicians always ask about where I got them, but have no issues mounting them for me. Around $50 for five tires with lifetime balance.
Thanks for the advice I ended up going to Louisville tire since it's right down the street. Im not to big of a fan of Walmart but I will make sure to keep them in mind!
