this is a great place to have a few beers (they have your local fav's ECHO) and some great BBQ. All are welcome Parking may be a problem as there is only off street parking next to the restaurant but if we all parked down by James M. Crist park it should work out that we could also check out each others rigs without impeding others.

weekends are packed at this place. Echo doesn't serve food and doesn't really have great seating. thought maybe Thurs might be ok and anytime after 6:30 is fine.

I'd consider it. Is there a place around that has a big parking lot and big tables for a group? Sounds like that restaurant has good food though.

I should be there, possibly with my wife as well. Probably be a tad late as she usually isn't home till 6:15 and we will be coming from Longmont. I should be easy to spot, just look for the funny looking ginger with the overgrown beard and harry potter scar. Looking forward to putting a few faces to the names. That and the AWESOME food. Love me some burnt ends!

Is this by chance in the place that used to be a pizza joint years ago? If so, I literally lived across the street years ago when I worked for Rockstomper. God that was almost 15 years ago now. Man am I getting old.

I beleive it was a pizza joint / Italian food place. Papa Franks/ Petes place is still there. Just a note to where we will be. I will try to get there early enough to secure the big table for us. Make sure you go to the back of the restaurant if you come in the main entrance. Probably best if you walk through the patio area to get to the back.
