NoCo Saturday?

I have some friends coming up to my cabin in Redfeather this weekend. They want to do some four wheeling, but I don't have another rig to go with us. Is anybody interested in hitting up 7 mile or Kelly Flats? I am also close to the bedroom trail network up near Redfeather if somebody would like to do that. I just need another route to go with us, and would love to meet somebody else On this forum too.

I just reread my OP and saw that my iPad corrected "deadman" and changed it to "bedroom". That probably scared some people off! Anyway, I still really want to bit Kelly flats or even do moody hill again. LMK if you have interest.

If you'd rather do Moody (and maybe Crystal) or one of the other trails farther up 44h (Ballard Road, Greer South Road, West White Pine Mountain, Monument Gulch) I'd be open. Some of those - monument gulch?? might still be closed from the fires / we'd want to check if interested.

Hmmm... My Sunday (tomorrow / Aug 4) is open now too. I had plans to drive to walden and asphalt sight-see but I could do a trail. If you're set on next weekend I'll either asphalt sight-see or will see if anyone else has something up.

So, it seems there is interest for something tomorrow morning - Sunday Aug 4 - either up 44H or the Poudre.

I've done Moody / Crystal before but there are other trails up 44H that I've yet to do (some might be closed do to fire issues). I have yet to run Kelly and am interested in that. There's also ?Bald Mountain? which is a through ride of 13 miles that starts west of the western end of Kelly. A long day would be to pull a trigger and do both of them. Not sure that is smart as I have never been on either - but it does catch my eye.

EDIT: I'd do Moody / Crystal again if that's the decision!

KF can be done really quick if you do heart attack hill. The bypass to the hill is lengthy and still very fun. I would be interested in doing heart attack hill up then down again and then do the bypass to go up again. I have done moody/crystal twice this year but it is my favorite trail so I would do it again. I have never done the others. I guess I did Ballard a LONG time ago (I was a young passenger), but I don't remember it. I don't really have a preference, I know that doesn't help, but I don't.

Nope, tomorrow is better. I have not seen Kelly flats this year so that is where we should probably go.
