Breakneck/Browns Pass - 6/21/13

My buddy from Iowa and I were camping in Pike National Forest, so I thought I'd take him on a little off-roading adventure. Since the rig scheduled to come with us had a transmission problem on the way up, I decided to pick a trail I was comfortable running solo. Hadn't been to Breakneck/Browns Pass in a few years, so decided to give it a go.

It is an easy trail to find, just about a mile south of Fairplay right off of 285. I didn't see any rigs, and only 2 ATVs, the whole time.

Probably been 30 years since I have been down there, besides passing thru town. Both sides of my family have property out that way by 11 mile. Thanks for the post Jonathan. Man do we miss our 2006 Commander :( I need to buy my wife another one, then the Rubicon can be dedicated.
