Picked this up today:

It's a '94 Blazer with a rebuilt 4.3 Vortec with 20k on it. The tranny went out and I picked it up for $500. Planning on stripping the engine bay of everything I might want then throwing 2 Jeep 4.0l blocks in the back and scrapping it. Hoping to get most of the $500 back.

It will be a while before I will have the rest of the $ to swap it into the 4Runner but I couldn't pass it up.

GM engines look sexy under the hood of all them Toyota's. Sounds like you got a good deal on it. Let me know if the grill is in good shape if ya don't mind Dave. I'm looking to pick one up for the wife's Blazer.
