My wife's brother has finished his truck to a point of driving it and wanted to get out this weekend. Thanks to Bill for the front drive shaft on the Yota. It was rubbing on upper control arm when flexed in to far. We adjusted bump stops and issue was resolved. My bro blew a u-joint so had to do another trail axle swap, decided was a good time for lunch. My truck ate up the snow today. The small loop we could only make it a hundred yards or so last time was completely melted to the point we had broken through. Up a couple hundred yards farther it turned to an ice sheet and about a hundred or so more yards up the ice sheet there was a crack in it on an off camber edge with no downhill trees. Crack showed ice to be about 2 ft deep. I was the only one to make it up there and felt it was a good place to call it quits, unfortunately I had to back down that 100 yards of ice. We then looped around and came from other side. Loop is runnable, if you want to cross the ledge. Judging by melting since last week should be good in another week.
