    Default Trail Signs

I like trail signs, stumbled on these from Elephant Hill today.

I love the pull in back down sign. There is video on YouTube of that area I believe.

Mox- it's a really tight switchback that most vehicles can't make (I've seen videos of some short wheelbased ones cutting the corner, but it doesn't seem like a good idea when you're on it!) so there is a short pull in under that sign and then you back down the switchback, where you back into another open spot and then go forward down the next one, where there is this sign for people coming the other way:

Yeah, not a good idea at all. I know a guy who tried it with an FJ40 and flopped. It's always good to read the signs...

Funny Paul, I think I have a picture of every one of those signs. I especially like the 4wd only sign at the top of that one hill. Having gone out and back there, if someone made it to that sign in a 2wd, they've already suffered major damage.

That was right near Bobby's Hole which was IMO the most challenging part of that run. The guy in the video Charles posted likes your Jeep, BTW, I don't really know him but we FB and he asked about it when he saw the video from that trip. Bet he'd like it even better now with the new stuff!

I missed the 15mph sign because I was following Brad, it was probably just one of the blurs...

I made the turn going down in the FJC three years ago, then did the backup thing coming back up. This year, I did it correctly both ways. No use tempting fate.
