Smoke starts coming out, ran to the panel in the garage and the breaker finally snapped about the time I opened the door. In wall oven so this could have been bad. The replacement boards are obsolete and not available of course. There has got to be something better to spend money on than a new oven!"

Yikes! Glad you seem to be OK

Yeah, electronics like that don't like it when you let the smoke out of them. Could have been a lot worse.

Been busy working on the jeep in my spare time. Hoping to get another build thread post up this week. Considering wheeling next Saturday if conditions are good.

Winter is typically a down time for me as generally I don't like dealing with a lot of snow on the trails. Especially now that I have a smaller Jeep that can't handle it as well.

I've also been focused on dealing with rebuilding my basement after the sewer backed up.

I did however just pick up a used Jeep 4.0 to rebuild to replace the knocking 4.0 in my XJ. I'll be doing that a little bit at a time over the next month or 3.

Yea, work has been picking up quite a bit for me. I'm good for the next 3 weekends to go wheelin' before the crap really hits the fan. Going to be working 7 days a week for all of March too....

    So, where to this weekend?

(though I'm _hopefully_ "out" for this weekend - potential ultralight buyer traveling from KS to pick it up/buy it)

Been pretty quiet around here. Should be back to work in a couple weeks finally. Fracture still shows in X-ray but is healing as it should. Range of motion is within normal range but still a little tight. Found out I had a bad PT and dropped them. They were at times having 4 patients at a time and after a couple weeks they stopped even asking how things were going. After 2 months of no change in routine I talked to doctor and he said I had to move on. Started a new at home strengthening workout from my doctor and in 1 week have seen more progress than previous 3 weeks.
Got 1 piece of fairing on bike. Have a couple rubber grommets to track down and will be getting the rest of fairing installed. The high beam LED upgrade did not fit properly and would pop retaining clip off but got low beams upgraded.
Completed the stroker build on Wylie's rig but now it is doing some terrible wandering, top speed returning from Central City last week was 50 mph.

Awesome to hear you are getting your body taen care of and that you were able to get PT's switched up.

Not so awesome to hear about the wandering issues. But knowing you two, you will have it figured out in no time.

Continuing to wish you and yours the best!

Been spending a lot of time enjoying sporting clays. So addicting and so much better than trap or skeet. Here is a short 12 second video from the other day:

Been spending time trying to relax and de-stress as 2021 is already way worse for our clan than 2020 ever was. Been sleeping on a small mattress at the foot of our bed with my best buddy, my pup Oscar, as he hasn't been doing well. He is 12.5 now and old age hasn't been very friendly to him. Then early last week we got confirmation that my father, who is the sole care taker for my mother, has cancer. And it is fairly aggressive. So some big changes and will be needed and are in the process of happening. I thought working 60+ hours a week for the last 20 years was stressful. But it is nothing compared to this.

Please hug you loved ones a little extra longer and tighter. They deserve it.

Lately been falling deeper in love with this fine example of older American iron.

Believe it is about time it sees some much needed love. Time to bring it into the shop and introduce it to the pile of new parts that have been patiently waiting for this day.

It was an absolute beautiful day today! Sunny and blue skies without wind. Made for another wonderful day out at Colorado Clays. Finally managed to hit a few this time even. I shot a 45 out of 100. For reference, the RSO keeps telling us not to be so hard on ourselves as 50% is good for those new to the sport and to the course. So someday I might get there...

Here is a quick video from station 14. One flyer and then a grounder. I got the grounders and missed the flyers.
