First plug in electric hybrid Wrangler I've seen. Pic taken while driving my Leaf. The only constant is change.

I’ve seen tons of them! If you see a Rubicon with blue accents instead of red, that is the 4xe. I’ve seen them on the road for over a year now…..

Thanks for the tip regarding the red/blue accents. I've seen a couple but didn't know they were hybrid.

Trail mater had one pass through one of his recent video's - it was in electric mode and noticeably quiet.

Hypoid, you asked about the crane accident - here's the vid

Hmmm - the crane on its side is the BBL company. The crane that had a rigging failure - BBL company.

`went for a car right about town this evening. Saw fireworks from Loveland as well as the country club in northeast FoCo as well as neighborhood fireworks in many places. Helped a stranded motorist as they ran out of gas (I carry a short fuel line that connects to the inspection port on the fuel rail - I can pump fuel with a turn of the key (folks always seems to have two spare water bottles - one to cut up for a funnel one for fuel). It was a nice, relaxing celebration evening.

What'd folks end up doing today?

My wife and I decided to check out all the local activities, starting with a parade downtown then a cookout at the airport, finally socializing with other locals and watching folks take off and land small planes.

We went uphill east of town at dusk. We parked at a spot with a decent overview so that we could see fireworks all across town. We brought the propane stove and made s'mores for ourselves and some other folks who were next to us.

Fun few minutes over the weekend, glad I was in the truck when I saw them as I don't think my Jeep has quite the power or weight to have pulled them out. Not much for pictures, but saw this firetruck was stuck and trying to get to the road. I offered to try to pull, hooked up, and within minutes they were ready to roll. Glad to help the guys that may help to save my cabin some day.

End of dealership price gouging? Maybe the end of dealerships.

"Ford maverick, ford everest, ford f150 lightning all could be available to purchase direct from the brand? In a move that is sure to shake up the automotive industry, Ford CEO Jim Farley has announced that they will be moving to an online transparent model and the dealerships will need to toe the line. This huge ford news is a game changer and means that they will be able to play on a level playing field with other EV makers such as Tesla, Rivian or lucid. "

Interesting narration, but wow the video itself is remarkably useless - very spastic cuts of stock footage and they re-used the same footage at least 3 times. I think this information would've been better suited as a podcast or article.

As for the content itself - That's very good to hear that they're doing something about price gouging, maybe someday newer cars will be somewhat affordable again.

I'm for it. Dealerships are called "Stealerships" for a reason, rightfully so.
