Anyone need a room mate?
It looks like i will be moving back to Denver in the next few weeks! I need a place to land once i get there. Should only be for a month or so, just till i find a place, and bring in a few pay checks (don't worry, i already found a job!). Also any recommendations on good cheap apts/house rentals would be appreciated. Thanks!!! looking forward to being home and seeing all my FR friends!

It will be good to see you back home Todd! prices have gone up a bunch on rentals so get prepared.

We got the entire basement. Let me run it by LaDawn(who is gone for a house showing in Bennet and won't be back until late). My guess is that it should be OK. She can probably also help with the house rental/apartment stuff.

Reading threads on the site, and looking at user Thanked/ThanksGiven stats give some idea of what a person is like, but the posts above go well beyond that!

as far as nice apts go, there are ones that are remodeled and beautiful ( just went and saw them with a friend) and rent is CHEAP for being in Cherry Creek.. i think it was like 900 bucks a month in a great location.. around Murray Motors BMW dealership on Colorado blvd..

(pssst.... the queen-size fits perfectly in a 4-man tent and a single fits perfectly in a one-man tent. The chargers will last at least a week without recharging and the air holds up really well... Sleep like a baby

Thanks everyone for the open arms, and warm welcome back!!!!! There's still a 10% chance my plans will fall through and I'll have to stay in TX but here's hoping. Pete, Sunshine I cant thank you two enough, I'll be in touch with you guys in the next few days. Thanks Jackie, Heather for the offer on air mattress, I think I still have one in my storage unit. Matt, do you remember the name of the APT complex? That is a nice area, but damn Sean is right. Prices have gone through the roof. I used to rent a three bd house over there for 1100. Any way, Thanks again everyone!! Looking forward to seeing you all and finally getting to do some wheeling on a regular basis again!

hmmm can't remember the name of the APT but I believe it was 1250 s Clermont st in Denver... not a 100% sure but if you want more info i'll check it out for you
