Took a while to figure it out, it was on soft sand and his rig was getting dragged instead of pulled upright but multiple snatch blocks, tree savers, winch and a come along with 3 other straps I finally got it, had to hook my jeep to another tree. Was really worried about losing my bumper. It was a crew cab F350 with a lift and bigger tires. Mustve been at least 9k lbs.

Luckilly I carry all fluids in my jeep, filled up coolant, motor oil and tranny fluid after letting it sit for a while. It was still smokking but seemed to be ok! I got everyone off the trail, and yes, lectured them pretty long. Actually, I've been yelling at them for about an hour. The guy was wearing no seatbelts, went up in the evening when it was getting dark, and by himself.he has had the truck for 4 hours! Just bought it! I hope he learned a lesson. Ill post pics aftwe work

Matt mine is basically stock and it weighs 9k, when empty. Sounds like I willl go with the new 16.5 Warn instead of the 10.

That is a big truck! I'm glad you got it with no damage to your rig. Last time I had mine to the scrap yard, my F-350 weighed in at around 7870lbs was with the lift and 33's. If he had the diesel your looking at quite a bit more plus with the crew cab.
