    Default Jeeper from the Springs



    Hey al, I'm Derrick. Stationed in the Springs for the past 5 years and bought a new 2011 JKU Mango Tango Rubicon last year. Its pretty heavily modified (for my standards) with a lift, 37" KM2's and other various bumpers/mods. Pics will be up today since I'm at work right now.

    Not too experienced of a wheeler but I'm getting more used to the rock crawling than what I came from in Florida.

    Welcome.....and need details on the Ruby... I have a mango one as well, and am looking into putting it up on 37's as well, so am totally interested in what you have.

    Thanks! I moved here from Panama City Beach. Miss the weather and beach but not too many wheeling spots there other than some mud pits.

    Yea I was looking to get a 2dr Rubicon when I found this one for a few grand cheaper and brand new. Got the USAA Military discount too so that helped a bunch!

    Welcome! My husband and I spent 18 yrs in FL (Winter Haven, Kissimmee, Orlando). Had enough... I like some of the islands, but other than that, you can keep it. Our family is much happier here in CO.

    Nice Jeep. You should be glad that you didn't bite on the 2 dr. I love mine - but regret we didn't get the unlimited. Oh well...maybe some day...

    Look forward to wheeling with you!
