Lefthand Canyon 10-9-11
Matt, his mom and her boyfriend and Chris and I took a relatively impromptu run up to Lefthand Canyon today. Photos later, but here's a video. We have John (Clutch211) to thank for the idea. Last time we were at Lefthand, John said I should "just lay on the other side of that rock and take pictures" as he was driving OVER () me...uh, no.

Yeah I did do it but it was so scary!! It was muddy, wet and slippery. My lockers were working hard

Left Hand and Chinamans are two trails I haven't completed. You guys are lucky, with your dirty rigs and soiled underwear!

I want WB's CJ BAD. I was trying to get pix of it as we were approaching, and trying to be funny, asking if he wanted to trade Jeeps - before we realized it was him.

This is me, the one spot I drove all day (after Chris drove it once first, of course).
Some flexy stuffy business near the end of the trail - it was a new four-foot deep hole there on the driver's side.
The weather was great, and we lucked out again, running into minimal people. I'm starting to get more of a picture of what some of the issue is with the trail, though, based on the type of people we ran into...It's such a great little area, kind of like a proving grounds for 4x4s - a little of everything packed into not too large a space. It's so unfortunate that some people are just bent on getting it (or causing it to be) closed down.
