I guess ill start. Had a blast. Very tight trail for my burban, gave it some new cosmetic surgery. Glad to see some old friends and made new ones. Ill post pics later.

Just beat me to it, Roland. I just finished processing photos.
Your sucky burban was a monster today. I just happened to have a good pic of your most impressive cosmetic surgery. (So I'm guessing you got home without that oil seal leak giving you any problems?)
I think we all had a blast today. Ended up with nine rigs, I think: me in the puny FJ40, Heather and Chris in Heather's Jeep, Juno (Gossamer), Don (ColoJeeper), Jim (Otisdog), Jeff (Beefy), Roland, a guy in Cherokee whose name I can't recall, and a guy named Ken who hooked up with us at Diamond Shamrock. Ken was particularly helpful in spotting me back up the steep, rocky, off-camber sections and helping me winch up the obstacles I went down but couldn't get back up. I think I almost flopped at least twice. First time I got to use the winch on the 40 in a non-snow situation.
We ended up going all the way to the creek on 252.1 before heading back up and going to Miller Rock and out to Glacier View Ranch. Definitely a challenging section of trail (particularly coming back uphill), at least for the 40. Not so much for all the other rigs.
Unfortunately, when we got to the ranch gate, it was still locked. Couldn't find anyone at the ranch to unlock it, so we headed back and went out the way we came in,which added about an hour to the run. Fortunately, no one was coming up, which would have been a Charlie Foxtrot.
I'll get some more photos up after dinner.

Liked that one, did ya? Just shows what kind of trash you read, Rob
Waiting to see more pictures, Talked to Chris and he said it was a gas!
We had a great time wheeling today as usual! It was almost as much fun watching rob do wheelies in his FJ.
Looking forward to seeing everyone's pictures!
OK, here're some pics.
Here's a good sequence of Don going through the toughest obstacle on the section of 252.1 after the crossroads.
It starts with a deep V notch, drops off a good-size boulder and ledge, then finishes with an off-camber set of rocks that tip you toward the edge of the trail, which of course goes downhill. Wouldn't be a good place to roll or slide off the trail (both of which I tried to do coming back up it). The last photo shows how close you get to the edge, which is fairly loose dirt.
More pics of that obstacle. Ken made it look easy (as did most everyone) and Roland's burb made it look small.
Here's Jeff (Beefy) on the same obstacle from a different angle. The last two photos show how soft and close the edge of the trail is.
Coming back up that obstacle was a little too much for the 40, as were the large rocks and roots about 40 years uphill from it. Winch time!
Not as hard for the rigs with the bigger tires. Here's Juno doing it.
And pics of Roland manhandling the obstacle, and the one above it.
And some more random pics.
Looks like a fun trip.
Hey, my photos are getting lonely. Anyone else take some?
Tommaro I will. Pics don't do any justice
Working on it....video, too...
Looked like an awesome time. Great pics.
Got the videos uploaded (something like 19?). You Tube, and I'm "BluGnat" - maybe sort by most recent? We watched them on the TV at home, and deleted most of the bad ones, but there might still be some ground videos, etc....Still working on the photos, stupid high resolution...
