    Default MSV-Coney Flats

Wow. No one's started a report yet. I guess I'll jump in.

19 rigs today. Holy cow! We ended up splitting into three groups. I was with Bill (Mr6dwg) in his Wrangler, Tracy (RbrSideDwn) in his FJC, Max (Lejerk) in his Wrangler, Errin and Jan (Errinjan) in their Wrangler. (Hey, is there a trend here?)

We started last, did some leapfrogging and ended up being the first group off the trail. Lots of fun (this trail's a perennial favorite), no carnage in our group, and the water wasn't as high as expected.

I'll get some pics up next.

More Coney pics. I didn't get any pics at the lake, but I'm sure others did. I think the water was lower than it was when we ran it last fall (winter?) when we it was full of icebergs.

    Default Great Time!

What a hoot, that's southern for a heck of a good time. I took tons of video, but as usual Adobe Premier Elements 7.0 runs like crap. Hopefully I can get it lined out soon.
Now that was a group! 19 rigs and no parking at the trail head. Just find a spot and get to work airing down, pulling disconnects.

Jeremy is a Legend in that stock 4runner.

Trail was awesome, glad we brought our top and doors!

On the way home we had a monster lightning bolt damn near on top of us, I got flash and epic clap on video.

    Thanks for a great time

Video- if I have to I'll put individual clips on youtube and post the link here

I was wondering how he made out. He's fearless!
Did he have to drive home without the windshield?

It didn't completely come off but a good bit of it did. He duck taped it. Perfect fix!

Working on getting pix and vids off the camera now. Mr. Creative here videoed a bunch lengthwise and was mad the camera didn't re-orient them. Could be interesting viewing...This was the best run!! As always, the caliber of people can't be beat. The scenery was perpetually incredible, and the trails were awesome. Jeremy was amazing driving that stocker!

That trip was friggin rad! except my windshield issue.. Hmm, perhaps it was already partially dislodged.. It was leaking the other day. Well, I'd say overall it was a successful and really fun run. The windshield housing needed to be fixed anyway! Thanks, Chris and Pete for some great spotting and it was nice meeting everyone! Let's do it again.. Peru Creek anyone?

I had a great time doing my first run with Frontrange 4x4. Met Heather, Errin, Jan, and Paul(not present today) on a CJP run a few weeks ago. They spoke highly of this group and I can say I totally agree. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Thanks, and I look forward to many more runs! Where do I get the vinyl window sticker? I think I earned one today hehe.. here's my pics and some videos to come.

No need to be rude dude... Glad you had fun...

Anyways, unfortunately could not finish the trail as my buddy had some trouble with his Jeep... But here are a few pictures that I clicked while I was at it....

    Cheers...
