Well... it wont let me upload a photo on my phone right now.. but the custom wheel wells will tuck a 42" no problem and it's got about 4 inches of up travel before it starts to tuck

Updates! Sam no longer works with Jon at flop shop due to drama, but has his own shop and is continuing the fantastic work here and there as time allows.

    My full hydro fully operational

new custom exhaust, no more heat and fumes in the cab

the King Pin High Pinon D60 is all done, and locked. Full Yukon treatment as planned

the rear blew out an axle seal but I did replace it and it appears to be holding up, also Full Yukon treatment there (less the diff cover)

King coilovers on all 4 corners now 14s front, 16s rear

King Bump Stops are on order, should be here within a week, I'll be trailering the jeep back up to Flyin' Iron Fab (Sams new shop!) to get those bumps in the back and keep that tire off the fenders.

also need to replace the winch..

I guess this portion of the build is mostly done, up next is some maintenance issues, resolve the running hot ordeal, maybe a flush + new radiator? its been over 10 years.. also need to replace the doors, or at least a window regulator.

Next phase of the build is bucket seats, cage and maybe upgrade the Tcase again to something lower. Once that's done, idk what more could be done! seems like end is in sight!

Again, your zj looks like an absolute monster. I think I had tried to call the flop shop about doing my SAS and either they never answered or weren't interested.

That's kind of crazy our rigs are like at the exact same stage in terms of what we feel "is left". I think I found a more local fabrication shop for my next phase here in Castle Rock to handle my cage and atlas tcase

Don't know MFI but I went by and checked out Altitude Offroad and they seemed to be capable with a ton of fab work going on in their shop. They also are familiar with and work with ORI struts which is kind of a must for me. When I was looking for someone to do my SAS some people didn't work with them and some seemed to not know what I was even talking about which is kind of crazy.

I've never heard of that shop, Jason at MFI does really good work, quite possibly at more reasonable price, sam at Flyin Iron Fab makes art out of fabrication, he did a lot of the work on my jeep as well, he is in Commerce City in a small shop. Highly recommend Sam at Flyin Iron, worth the drive.

    Some updates to this build:

Finally got my new Warn winch and upgraded the rope to the Spydura 12k rope. I love the new VR winch with wireless remote its such a nice touch. went with a 10k and it seems to be perfect.

I finally managed to get a set of Corbeau seats as well as Corbeau brackets which will accept 4 point harnesses which means im ready for a cage! Corbeau also decided to collaborate with me and made me their brand ambassador which means perks all around!

lastly, the new beadlock and a new spare tire finally came in. Goodie pack from Macs Tie Downs came in handy with the Y-strap and some new straps for bikes and jeep alike. This is turning out to be a busy few weeks as far as jeep goes.

The seats of course didn't go without a fight. 1 bolt in each side broke off with the impact due to having mud and rocks caked on from the underbody. It required creative welding and heating and spraying wd40 to get them extracted. Well worth it in the end. Also, apparently since I'm still very broken, creative spare loading is a must, but I'm so happy its finally in!
