Came out well. Pork chops were juicy, steak was a medium, corn was tasty, and the potatoes had just enough garlic in them to notice but not overwhelm. Overall a solid 8/10.

May I ask why you are against beads? Other than a little noisy, I haven't found any downsides. Not weights to rip or fall off. Easy to maintain as you can mount and balance in your home shop...
Got a photo? Think I'd be game.
Sure some call equipment toys. This "toy" tractor has already been put to work. It pulled the barrel roller/aerator around the front half of my property (about 2.5 acres), and will be pulling the...

Spent the evening with my nephews. I took over my 3d printer (Ender3) for them as their old, cheapo one caught fire recently. The 2 younger boys (high school age) watched and took in everything...
Think the time is coming that I will part ways with one or three of the projects I have had stashed away for a few years. Believe I should start to focus on just a few instead of a bunch. Thinking...

2 Dudes Complete the Dumb and Dumber Mini-Bike Road Trip to Aspen
Between the poor gas mileage and noxious fumes, these dudes do their best to re-create the infamous 'trip to aspen on a minibike'...
Got both the bumpers modified enough to fit well. Can not believe a company would let parts out their door that were this bad. But a little thought and effort got them to where they need to be. ...
Guess it's tick season. Came in from work last night and got ready to take a shower. And just just before I got in, I felt a pinch on my stomach. My immediate reaction was to look at what bit me and...
Had a client ask if I was willing and able to assemble and weld together some Coastal Off Road bumper kits and some sliders from 4x Innovations and document it for them. No worries right? Well...
Really sounds like you are afraid of the Hi Lift jacks as if not used properly, things could go wrong. But as with any tool, they do carry their inherent risks, but if one learns to properly use the...
While bottle jacks are great for lifting things a small ways, they could never replace a good Hi Lift. Hi Lifts can be such a useful tool. Can be used to stretch, pull, lift, lower, and many other...
