    Came out well. Pork chops were juicy, steak was a medium, corn was tasty, and the potatoes had just enough garlic in them to notice but not overwhelm. Overall a solid 8/10.

    May I ask why you are against beads? Other than a little noisy, I haven't found any downsides. Not weights to rip or fall off. Easy to maintain as you can mount and balance in your home shop...
