Jim, I don’t think it had to do with size. I had some sort of incorrect file type message. I read it to mean that though my ipad saved the screen shot as png, it wasn’t recognizable as a png file....

Is this the location? I would join you but have felt like crap today. Don’t believe its covid just over did it yesterday and need to rest.

I was thinking the same thing. I’ve had a slice in my Cooper’s sidewalls for a couple of years now.

I keep any eye on it. It doesn’t leak and hasn’t enlarged so...

I am set up to program these if anyone wants me to do that for them. It would take all of about 15-20 mins.

My bad I guess I don’t have a manual. They are model PR 955VP. .5 and 2 watt.

One can get the Baofeng UV5R for around $25. It can easily be programmed for frs/gmrs. It has enough memory that one can also program in various vhf/uhf ham repeaters for use in an emergency...

Then it is a new exception because previously they did require a license. I had to get for when I bought the cobra radios I posted elsewhere in this thread.

I have two of these. They are frs/gmrs units that I no longer use. They are older but still working fine. The only isssue is that both of their recharge ports broke and one can no longer charge...

Just an fyi for anyone thinking GMRS. It requires a license to the tune of $70 every 10 years. FRS is legal for anyone, no license. Some frs channels overlap with gmrs. The difference being frs is...
