I've hit that trail accidentally as well. No fun at all, glad it all worked out and your truck is looking great now too.

I'm really liking your follow cam Matt. I have a few good pics to post in a day or two as well, just recovering right now, I'm wiped out after all of that heat.

Welcome. I've had a couple of 3rd gens in the past, great rig for this area I think.

Re: Pickle Gulch and more - May 1, 2022

Found one more, GearWhine made it through the second attempt after Matt winched him back a few feet to get a better run at it.

Re: Pickle Gulch and more - May 1, 2022

And I got one good short video of commitment phobic honorary member LurkerNick (yep Nick, that is your official handle until you sign up) bashing through the snow until it finally got too deep. He...

Every time I go on that trail I love seeing this truck, somebody tell me what it is. Looks like it's straight out of Mad Max.

Re: Pickle Gulch and more - May 1, 2022

I was having so much fun I didn't take many pictures and most of what I did ended up not turning out, but my favorite of the day was seeing this example of a rando camper who was going to do whatever...

Re: Anniversary Run Little Moab 4-16-2022

For those curious, I got the part I needed to fix my rig yesterday. It was $150, and is nice and small so I ordered a second and will start carrying a spare. If it happens again, it should take me...

Re: Pickle Gulch Sunday May 1, 2022

I had a great garage day, got my driveshaft flange replaced, swapped out the tire I cut the sidewall on, and got my winch line sorted. I'll be ready to hit the trail tomorrow.

    Re: The Campfire.

It's a little weird that they won't just charge you more and come get you. Since my wife doesn't drive anymore once in a while I find myself needing a ride down the mountain and while the rideshare...

Is this down a little past the old air compressor?
  19. Re: Mini Moab Anniversary 4/16/2022 Shane's rear driveshaft

Yep, won't be any trouble at all. The part is $150 and should be here this week.

I didn't even see or hear Gary pull the drone out so was surprised to see the drone pic. It came out great.

Re: Anniversary Run Little Moab 4-16-2022

I'll see what I got tomorrow or Monday and post up. I didn't take much video today but think I at least got a good one of Ty clearing a section that gave him trouble last year. Was fun to see...
  23. Re: Mini Moab Anniversary 4/16/2022 Shane's rear driveshaft

I'm going to go to a driveline shop Monday and see if they can beef it up, along with adding a driveshaft hoop so if I ever break one again it won't just fall out.

Re: Anniversary Run Little Moab 4-16-2022
