Re: HELP NEEDED: stuck on trail

Not a bad place to pull over and take a nap in the car to be honest. I don't recommend the angle that I parked at, sub optimal sleeping position but the window position makes for a great view of the...

Re: HELP NEEDED: stuck on trail

Jim showed up just as I was awaking from napping in my car! :lmao:

I sincerely appreciate the swift recovery Jim and to all who reached out. I learned my lesson exploring snowy sections on my own.

No reason to get a vaccine for something with a 99% survival rate. Simple as. If you wanna get nuanced about it have the at-risk folks seek treatment/vaccines and leave the rest handle themselves....

I'll just leave this here... Immunization with SARS coronavirus vaccines leads to pulmonary immunopathology on challenge with the SARS virus
  7. Poll: Re: Feeler: Engineer Pass from Lake City into Ouray July 25th.

I appreciate the input. I'm definitely trying to spend the weekend out there to do some camping as well so doing more trails is desirable. I took a stab at the date because I'm not sure what is...

Been exploring the trail maps and looking at some cool stuff. One that's on the top of my list is Engineers pass. Gauging interest.

Re: Lil Moab Anniversary Run 4/17/2021

Great documenting! It was truly a fun time.

    Welcome!

I'll keep an eye out. I've seen some nice 1st gen 4runners in Arizona and New Mexico pop-up in the past year.

I wanna go back when it's a little warmer to explore some of those features we found after that second big climb, maybe even wander over to Chimney Peak area too.

That was hard to listen to... gotta love government.

I did a bit of digging on their website and social media presence. They're the type to say "we know what's best for you".

    re-Introduction from Longmont

    Schmitty here,
A few of you may remember me. After a few years of not having a 4runner I had to get another one because nothing would suffice. I recently came upon one that had all the goodies I...

Re: 3rd gen 4runner steering rack

In a sense, yes. Taking the 4runner over 60mph produced a noticeable shake originating from the front-end. No longer experiencing this after replacing the inner tie-rods. I wish I took video but...

Re: 2018-09-15 - Fall Cleanup Run

I'm game for a little cleanup action but due to an inner tie rod having a lot of play (maybe it will be okay but I would rather not take the chances) I may have to either ride-along or sit this one...
